These terms and conditions apply to all sales carried out on the InkOnline.ie website unless other terms and conditions are agreed in writing between InkOnline.ie and the customer.
Pricing & Delivery
All prices shown on InkOnline.ie are including VAT and excluding delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Prices continually change from our suppliers and therefore we reserve the right to modify prices accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse delivery on items in regards to price changes or stock situations that are beyond our control.
Orders are usually despatched within 1-2 working days. Our preferred delivery partner is Fastway Couriers Ireland. Delivery usually takes place within 1-2 working days of them receiving the parcel from us. The total timeframe until you receive your order after placing it on InkOnline.ie would be 2-4 working days.
Our Purchase Order confirmation does not constitute a contract. It is merely a confirmation that we have received your "request to purchase". The contract is the Invoice which is issued with your order once dispatched. Time consumed for picking, packing and eventual production does apply in addition before we submit the parcel to the courier. When time is set in days, we are referring to working days. We reserve the right to deviate on given delivery time without further notice. If an there is a pricing error on products, we reserve the right to delete the order and offer you the item at the correct price.
InkOnline.ie cannot be held responsible for delay of delivery of products that is out of our control. (working conflict, fire, war, mobilisation or unforeseen military summoning of the equivalent extent, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, riots and disturbance, shortage in transportation, ordinary shortage in stock, reduction in mainforce supplies, and shortage by or delays by deliveries from sub suppliers or manufacturers).
Payment
The person registered with InkOnline.ie is responsible for the payment of services provided by InkOnline.ie or the affiliates of InkOnline.ie delivers in regards to set terms. InkOnline.ie cannot be held responsible for the unauthorised usage of a customer's account unless it is proven that the unauthorised usage has been caused due to negligence of InkOnline.ie.
Faults
If you receive a product and it is DOA (Dead on arrival) or faulty, InkOnline.ie must be notified of this within 7 days of receiving the order, in order to make arrangements for replacement of the product. Outside of this period, replacement is not possible.
InkOnline.ie agree to as quickly as possible, after being notified of a faulty product, carry out efforts to correct the fault. If the customer on his/her own initiative carries out efforts to correct the fault in addition to what has been agreed on with InkOnline.ie, InkOnline.ie will not pay for these expenses.
Cooling-off Period
Under law, you have the right to change your mind after purchasing a product within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that it is unopened and in good re-saleable condition. If you wish to return an unwanted product you must contact us and apply for an RMA number. Any products returned without this number cannot be refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer to send the unwanted products to InkOnline.ie, Clare Business Centre, Lower James Street, Claremorris, Co. Mayo, and the customer is reponsibile for any shipping carges incurred. Once the product is received and the RMA number verified, we will refund your credit card using PayPal, our preferred payment partner. Please note that the Cooling-off period does not apply to software products, or licensed based products (operating systems, anti virus software, office applications), computers or laptops (that are pre-installed with operating systems), customised/special order products perishable products.
InkOnline.ie reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification due to changes in law and regulations.
